Peace in Ukraine, but how?

Netanyahu says of their conflict – “If the Palestinians lay down their arms, there will be peace. If Israel disarms, there will be no Israel.”

It is the same with Russia – if it lays down its arms, there will be peace, if Ukraine lays down its arms, there will be no Ukraine.

Putin and aggressive Russian society have plunged the world into the worst conflict in history. Because, unlike the First and Second World Wars, now the whole world is threatened by nuclear missiles.

And the Russian media and politicians say it in plain text – either you give in or World War III. Global nuclear blackmail.

We can only hope that this war will simmer for years without turning into a nuclear war. It won’t end soon, the situation is irreparable in the near future.

Russia will one day pay for what it has done, but it seems it needs to bleed itself before then.

Putin repeats Stalin’s words: “Victory will be for us.” But their biggest problem is that they don’t know what they want, they can’t articulate what victory will be for them. Denazification turned out to be a propaganda bubble. Some want all of Ukraine, it is not enough for them to seize a third of it. And this is not enough – they want to “punish” the West as well. The USA is no longer a hegemon, as Putin promised them – a new world order.

How to do it? They won’t rest until they bleed a lot.

And they have already permanently changed the attitude of the whole world towards themselves. They are no longer an alternative to Western democracy, to its liberal extremes. There is no way they can win sympathy with this barbaric war.

In the 21st century, civilized man does not want to fight in war, and more and more people will flee from it.
