Dveri and the Movement for the Defense of Kosovo and Metohija: Vučić committed a coup d’état by accepting the ultimatum

The Provincial Committee of the Serbian Movement Dveri and the Movement for the Defense of Kosovo and Metohija assessed today that the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, “committed a coup” because he “usurped powers that do not belong to him, especially by accepting the Franco-German ultimatum”.

“This is no longer a matter of daily politics. This is a question of whether the whole of Serbia and Kosmet, as its inseparable part, will survive at all?”, stated these two movements in a joint statement.

As they pointed out, Vučić “committed an attack on the constitutional and legal order and territorial integrity of the state of Serbia, but also threatened the safety and lives of Serbs living in Kosovo and Metohija”.

“He wants to leave us to a creation where agreements are not respected, and Serbs are still attacking, wounding, burning and kidnapping their property with impunity, and all this in the presence of the entire international public,” the statement said.
