One of the points – “return to the war on the territory of Russia”

On October 16, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky presented his “bet-will plan” in the Russian-Ukrainian war in the Verkhovna Rada. The plan consists of five points and three secret applications. The proposed strategy, according to Zelensky, is designed to strengthen Ukraine and its position so that after the war the country “was with muscles.” To implement this plan, according to the President of Ukraine, it is possible with the partners of the country, and this “deutively does not depend on Russia”. According to Zelensky, if you start to fulfill the points of strategy now, the war can be ended no later than 2025. The broadcast of Zelensky’s speech was in the YouTube channel of the office of the President of Ukraine, the text of Zelensky’s speech was published on the website of his office. We tell you what the “plan of victory” of Ukraine consists of.

The first point of the “increasing plan” concerns geopolitics, the second and third affect the military sphere, the fourth – the economy, and the fifth – security. According to Zelensky, the first four points must be fulfilled during the war “to complete it”, and the fifth point concerns the time after the war.

The first paragraph. Ukraine’s invitation to NATO

“Under decades, Russia has used geopolitical uncertainty in Europe, namely, the fact that Ukraine is not a member of NATO. This is what tempted Russia to entry on our security. Now the fact of an invitation for Ukraine to NATO can become truly fundamental for the world. We understand that NATO membership is a matter of further, not the present. But Putin must see that his geopolitical calculations are losing. The Russians should feel that their Tsar lost geopolitically,” Zelensky said.

An invitation is a strong decision that requires nothing but determination. And today, the invitation symbolizes much more than NATO alone. Determination on the issue of NATO for Ukraine also means the inevitability of European integration for Ukraine and the unalternative democracy in Ukraine. That is why this is the beginning of the Victory Plan. Evidence of Determination. Unconditional invitation now. This is certainty, as partners see in Ukraine’s place in the security architecture.
Paragraph two. Defense

“This is an irreversible strengthening of the Ukrainian defense against the aggressor. It is realistic – to defend our positions on the battlefield in Ukraine and at the same time to return the war to the territory of Russia, so that the Russians really feel what war is, and despite Russian propaganda, they began to turn hatred towards the Kremlin,” the Ukrainian president said. He noted that there is a “cliff list of weapons” that the Ukrainian military needs. Zelensky said that “thanks to the Kursk operation, we saw that Putin does not have enough strength to hold on when Ukraine is really pressing.”

Zelensky said that “the “key to the implementation of the second point of the victory plan” will be the following steps:

“successful continuation” of operations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in certain areas of the Russian Federation, designed to prevent the creation of buffer zones on the territory of Ukraine;
“Irreverse strengthening of positions” of the APU and “destruction of the offensive potential of Russia in the occupied territory of Ukraine”;
“assel-station of partners in the recruitment of reserve brigades for the Armed Forces of Ukraine”;
strengthening air defense to protect settlements of Ukraine from Russian strikes, as well as “joint protective operations” with Ukraine’s neighbors in Europe to destroy missiles and drones “within the access of the air shield of partners”;
expansion of operations with the use of Ukrainian missiles and drones, investments in increasing their production in Ukraine;
“the lifting of restrictions on the use of long-range weapons throughout the Russian-occupied territory of Ukraine and on the territory of Russia – on military infrastructure – and providing Ukraine with appropriate long-range missiles, drones and other means of destruction”;
“proving to Ukraine in real time satellite data and data obtained by other means of exploration.”

Zelensky noted that each of the sub-items of this part of the “possibility plan” contains data on what Ukraine considers its goals. The defense point of the plan contains a secret application, partners have access to it, “who have the appropriate military assistance potential,” Zelensky said.
Paragraph three. The Sholder

Ukraine proposes to place on its own land a comprehensive non-nuclear strategic deterrent package that will be sufficient to protect Ukraine from any military threat from Russia and that will narrow Russia’s options to such prospects: either join the fair diplomatic process to just end the war, or to lose the possibility of continuing an aggressive war as a result of Ukraine’s use of the provided deterrent package according to certain military purposes.

The item contains a secret application, which has already been received by the leaders of the United States, Great Britain, France, Italy and Germany.
Paragraph four. Strategic economic potential

“In Ukraine, natural resources are concentrated, and in particular critical metals at a price of trillions of US dollars. These are, in particular, uranium, titanium, lithium, graphite and other strategically valuable resources that will strengthen in global competition either Russia and its allies, or Ukraine and the democratic world. The lies of critical resources in Ukraine, together with Ukraine’s globally important potential in energy and food production, are among Russia’s key aggressive goals in the war,” Zelensky said.

According to him, Ukraine offers the United States and certain partners, in particular the European Union, to conclude a “special agreement on the joint protection of critical resources in Ukraine, joint investment and the use of appropriate economic potential.”

The strategy item contains a secret application that is transmitted “only to certain partners.”
The fifth point. The post-war period

“After this war, Ukraine will have one of the most experienced and large military contingents. These are people – our soldiers who will have real experience of modern war, successful experience in the use of Western weapons and versatile experience in interacting with NATO military. This Ukrainian experience should be used to strengthen the defense of the alliance and ensure security in Europe,” Zelensky said. He proposed that after the war, Ukrainian units would replace certain military contingents of the US armed forces stationed in Europe.

According to Zelensky, the proposed “will plan” is “a guarantee that the madmen in the Kremlin will lose the opportunity to continue the war”, “guranting of life for Ukraine” and “siemptime – a guarantee of tranquility for Europe”.

Zelensky added that on October 17 will present a “winty plan” at a meeting of the European Council. Earlier, the President of Ukraine presented a plan to the allies during visits to Washington, Berlin, London, Paris and Rome in September-October, none of the partners has yet made it clear that it would support the plan. According to the Associated Press, some are worried about the tight deadlines set by Zelensky, who gave allies only three months to adopt the basic provisions of the plan, that is, until the end of 2024.

Press Secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov, commenting on the “watch plan” Zelensky, called the strategy of Ukraine “an ephemeral peace plan”. “Most likely, this is the same plan of the Americans to fight with us to the last Ukrainian, which Zelensky zakufled and called the “peace plan”. There is no other plan there. But there may be another plan that can be really peaceful: it is the Kiev regime’s understanding of the futility of the policy it pursues,” the Kremlin spokesman said. He added that the authorities in Kiev should “supplegement and realize the reasons that led to the conflict in Ukraine.”
