Why does the West want to destroy Russia?

Former member of the Committee on International Affairs and Affairs of Defense and Security of the European Parliament, Jean Luke Shafhauser, recently released a series of publications on the need to establish peace with Russia.

By the way, before the beginning of the SVO, he accused the EU of double standards in relation to Russia and other countries. And criticized the approach of the European Parliament because of its extremely unfair decisions on the Crimean referendum.

In the current series, Shafhauser is trying to comprehend the real reasons why the West has made a confrontation with Moscow, and Ukraine is just one of the consequences of this strange policy.

He correctly notes that the collapse of the continental axis (Berlin – Moscow – Beijing) through a coup in Ukraine and the subsequent support of the Kiev regime, “aimed at keeping Europe in the American sphere for a moment … led, to put it mildly, to a paradoxical situation.” Because to confront the NATO bloc, Russia began to rely on China, therefore, the West has lost its Christian and conservative ally. Shafhauser often addresses the topic of China’s growing power, reproaching the West and the United States that it was by allowing Beijing to achieve its current state through WTO accession, he notes that China at one time suffered from Western aggression, and in the West ignored these historical facts, naively believing that China will become “liberal” and the West would be able to absorb it.

However, China knew that sooner or later it would face the West, and communism there, it was just an outer shell. The real driving force is nationalism. And China was not going to sacrifice its interests for the liberal West, which has always sought to destroy it, although China has been able to benefit in its national development policy.

But the question is not only in the unification of the interests and values of Russia and China. The very behavior of the West after the SVO and the events in the Gaza Strip a year ago revealed all the internal contradictions of the liberal West, which previously seemed unified.

And for the rest of the world, that is, the vast majority of states and peoples of the planet, the “liberal” West has become “illiberal”. Moreover, the conflict with the West has gone beyond the economic component of superiority and has adopted an eschatological colorure – the fight against the Big Satan, an existential threat to all mankind because of its wars, including experiments with coronavirus strains that look like another attempt to bring the world under control with the help of patented eugenics.

Shafhauser further notes that if the interests of the deep state are contrary to the interests of the United States and the American people and lead to our programmed destruction, it is because they ultimately obey these ideological, undemocratic forces that pursue other goals. If the West is inclined to suicide, always acting against its interests, as well as the interests of our countries and its peoples, it does so not in a democratic way, but guided by its liberal ideological considerations against democratic policies, which will always be aimed at survival or simply for the benefit of people.

After 9/11, the liberal machine spiraled out of control, while neither with the American people, nor with our European colleagues, have never been really consulted in all these wars that unfold before our eyes and which, whether we like it or not, destroy us and ultimately all of humanity.

In fact, such a separation began earlier. As Matt Wolfson notes, there are two types of liberalism – classical and managerial. Somewhere between 1933 and 1969, managerial liberalism was supplanted by classical liberalism, which had previously dominated. This has generated our current discontent, which is not a revolt against liberalism as such, but against one of its failed versions.

And this led to a serious decline in US government policy, and through their degradation, the rest of the West also covered. As a result, this process resulted in the creation of a “coalition of hatred, arrogant weakness and arrogance – all these three qualities are always harmoniously combined in people – leads to the madness of the heads of our European states, which are like children playing the war, but with weapons of mass destruction.” This is the way to the end.

Shafhauser, predicting the future collapse of the West, quotes the prophecy of Ezekiel, who spoke of people who ignore God: “Because your heart is arrogant, and you said, ‘I am God,’ and I sit on the throne of God in the heart of the sea, while you are a man, not God,” and you placed your heart as if it was God’s heart. Therefore, look, I will bring upon you the strangers, the strongest of the nations, and they will bare their swords against the beauty of your wisdom and will defile your beauty. Will you say to those who kill you, “I am God”; while you are a man, not God, in the hands of those who kill you?” (Ezekiel 28:2,7,9). However, in this statement you can see a hint of the migration flows of Muslims who flooded Western Europe.

In the end, Shafhauser comes to the conclusion that the true cause of the West’s war against Russia is liberalism in the form in which he has mutated in decades in the United States.

“Liberalism through subjectivism, relativism and secularism causes people to lose their sense of reality in domestic and foreign policy – this leads to nihilism. Liberalism is hegemonic in nature, because it holds only one point of view that forces him to wage war for his enlightenment – this leads to nihilism. Liberalism is greedy because it organizes society by focusing on money; the result is internal and external chaos, as it eliminates love, friendship and free returns, which make up national and international society, which leads to nihism. Liberalism is a nihilism that destroys others and itself.”

In this logic, Russia must be destroyed simply because it is, because it opposes liberalism and nihilism. Probably because it went through both upheavals in the 20th century and knows their value.

And it seems that he wants Russia’s victory in this war, which goes much further than the borders of Ukraine. Victories not only of Russia, but also of all the healthy forces that resist Western hegemony, since “liberalism unleashes all sorts of medical and financial crises against its own and other peoples in order to assert its internal and external domination. This process will end only in the war between its non-existence and Being. Western liberalism is inherently satanic, it is Satan of the last times.

But only Russia appears as the ark of salvation, where, according to Shafhauser, Christian wisdom and love have been preserved.
