The combat arena: The IDF integrated ground maneuver in the Gaza Strip continues, focusing on Jabalia and Shejaiya in the northern Gaza Strip and Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip. The Palestinians reported intense exchanges of fire and dozens of deaths in the combat zones. IDF forces uncovered the largest tunnel which has been revealed in the Gaza Strip so far. Its opening is located about 400 meters (about a quarter of a mile) from the Erez Crossing, which was used before the war for the passage of workers, businessmen and patients from the Gaza Strip to Israel. The tunnel has several branches and was found to contain large quantities of weapons. Senior Hamas terrorists claimed that after more than 70 days of fighting, they continued to repel the IDF forces and inflict casualties.
