Iran to Build Power Plant in Azerbaijan

A00086237.jpgTEHRAN (FNA)- Iran’s Energy Ministry plans to build a dam and hydropower plant in Azerbaijan, an Iranian official said.

Iranian Deputy Energy Minister for water and wastewater affairs Rasul Zargar also added that the feasibility studies of these projects have already been performed.

Iran plans to construct dams and power plants in 10 countries, including in some former Soviet republics.
