Apart from 288 flats purchased at prices below market value during mandate of Vojislav Kostunica, another 100 flats are in the process of purchase. For 212 flats the users have not submit request for purchase.
Serbia Government is to decide what shall happen with the remaining 312 state flats. As ‘Blic’ learns flats the purchase of which has been stopped by the Government are mainly not in Belgrade. All of 288 sold flats are in Belgrade. The Government’s General secretary Tamara Stojcevic told ‘Blic’ that the decree allowing purchase of state flats as per very low price shall be suspended.
