Azerbaijani Ambassador to Bulgaria Emil Karimov presented his credentials to Bulgarian President Georgi Parvanov this week. The Bulgarian anthem was performed in accordance with national protocol.
During the meeting, Parvanov expressed his satisfaction with the high level of bilateral relations between the two countries and their dynamic develop in various sectors.
There is great potential for further strengthening Azerbaijani-Bulgarian cooperation, he said.
Karimov said a solid foundation exists for the further development of ties between the two countries. According to the ambassador, he will make every effort in this direction.
