Nabucco discussions are taking place in Turkey

Public discussions on the Nabucco project are taking place in Turkish cities the pipeline is envisaged to pass through. The list of cities includes Ardahan, Kars, Erzurum, Gümüşhane, Sivas, Yozgat, Kırşehir, Kırıkkale. It is expected the final round of the discussions to take place in Ankara.

Nabucco Gas Pipeline International Turkey points out that the project will enhance the security of natural gas supply for Turkey, Southeastern, Central and Western Europe.

The Nabucco pipeline is planned to pass through Turkey, Bulgaria, Romania and Hungary on its way to Austria.
