EU Anti-Fraud Commissioner to visit Bulgaria today

EU Anti-fraud Commissioner Algidras Semeta will visit Bulgaria today to discuss about the measures being taken by the country to tackle fraud and irregularities in EU funds.

During his visit in Sofia, the Commissioner will meet with Bulgaria’s PM Boyko Borisov and his two Deputies – Interior Minister Tsvetan Tsvetanov and Finance Minister Simeon Djankov. He will also have meetings with members of the parliamentary anti-corruption committee and of the National Audit Office.
