Serbian Army chief: there’s no pressure on Serbia to join NATO

Serbian Army chief Miloje Miletić says that Serbia is not under pressure to join NATO, the western military alliance.

According to him “great western powers accept Serbia’s position to be militarily neutral”.

“Serbia can remain militarily neutral, but it cannot remain outside all security movements,” said Miletić, adding that “nobody can solve all the problems alone, but that does not mean Serbia must be a member of a military alliance”.
