Serbia demands that UN should investigate Kosovo organ trafficking allegations

Serbia is continuing to demand that the UN Security Council establish its own independent investigation into human organ-trafficking in the Kosovo war.

Serbia will “continue asking the Security Council to adopt a decision enabling the organization of an independent investigation, with EULEX’s agreement, under the supervision and control of the Security Council,” the head of Serbia’s UN mission, Feodor Starcevic, said.

“For now, there is no agreement due to the familiar position of three permanent members, and Germany,” Starcevic said, referring to Britain, France and the United States.
