Azerbaijani, Georgian and Turkish FMs to meet on March 28

The next trilateral meeting of Georgian, Azerbaijani and Turkish foreign ministers will be held in Batumi, March 28, Georgian Deputy Foreign Minister David Jalagania said at the briefing in Tbilisi.

David Jalagania noted that the foundation of the trilateral meeting was laid with the Declaration signed by the foreign ministers of the three countries in Trabzon on June 8, 2012. The Declaration covers economy, infrastructure, transport, culture and humanitarian spheres.

Cooperation plan for 2013-2015 will be adopted at the Batumi meeting. The plan covering economy, energy, education, culture, protection of environment, youth and sports envisages concrete initiatives and projects.
