Romanian Energy Ministers visits Istanbul and meets Turkish counterpart

Romanian State Minister for Energy Constantin Nita said on Thursday “we seek Turkey’s support in Nabucco Project.”

Paying a formal visit to Turkey as the guest of Turkish Minister of Energy & Natural Resources Taner Yildiz, Nita praised Turkey’s recent performance on the international energy platform and said “Turkey is the leading actor in the region and we must cooperate with leaders. Therefore, we insisted on negotiating the increasing number of projects. We wish to develop joint projects. Some projects has been on the shelf for a few years but we want to take further steps.”
