Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe will be on a three-day official visit to India starting January 25th during which Japan and India would review all aspects of their wide-ranging bilateral relationship, Indian Foreign Ministry stated Friday.

The ministry said India and Japan would also discuss regional issues and ongoing cooperation in the international arena including efforts to reform the UN and its Security Council through the G4 framework.

The ministry said the visit was significant as well since Japanese PM will be the Chief Guest at the 64th anniversary of India Republic Day on January 26th.

Abe would hold meetings with Prime Minister and the President of India.
