Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad stressed that his country would not give up even an iota of its nuclear rights, underlining that the Iranian nation will continue its progressive movement on the nuclear path. Addressing a large fervent congregation of the public in the central city of Shiraz during the first leg of his 27th provincial tour of the different parts of the country on Monday, the president said, “The Iranian nation will stand up for its legal right and will not retreat even an inch to preserve its nuclear right.”
“You (the West) cannot break the resolve of the Iranian nation by misusing international organizations. The Iranian nation is standing united in materializing all its nuclear rights,” he continued.
Meantime, Ahmadinejad described peace, tranquility, brotherhood and progress as the message of his nation to the entire world, adding, “In many parts of he world, their (bullying powers’) behavior has resulted into the return of the logic of force and war and restored dark eras (of the history of mankind).”
He said that the logic of force and pressure is only used by the bullying powers, and called on such powers to give up their current attitude and behavior.
“Otherwise you will have to sustain a lot of damages which you have inflicted on your nations and yourselves.
“The Iranian nation is asking you to contemplate on your past and see what you have gained. The Iranian nation advises you to come back to the path of righteousness and improve your relations with the other world nations and governments and change the present conditions into an atmosphere of friendship,” the Iranian president said.
