France decides to suspend Russia from G-8

Minister of Foreign Affairs of France said that the leaders of the Group of Eight world powers have suspended the participation of Russia in the club as tensions on the incursion of Ukraine and Russia in the Crimea.

The other seven members of the group had suspended preparations for a summit of G-8 that Russia should welcome in June in Sochi.

Laurent Fabius of France went further Tuesday called on Europe-1 that “on the G-8 … we decided to suspend the participation of Russia, and it is expected that all other countries, seven major countries, unite without Russia. “
