Lebanon | IOF Fire Phosphorous and Flare Bombs on Lebanese Border

Israeli Occupation Forces bombed more than 200 flare and phosphorus shells on South Lebanon early Wednesday, of which 110 shells fell in the area between Hula and Meiss al-Jabal.

The Lebanese Civil Defense is fighting the burning fires in the Lebanese border following the Israeli attacks that lasted more than two hours.

The Israeli bombardment targeted the area between Hula and Meiss al-Jabal, in addition to the outskirts of Aita al-Shaab, Aitaroun as well as Kfarshouba and Shebaa heights.

Two houses and a barn in Aitaroun and Hula were damaged, and several fires broke.

Calm prevailed in the Lebanese border area, with the cessation of the Israeli bombing. However, the Israeli aircraft continued to fly over the area.

The Israeli bombing stopped after nearly two hours of Israeli tension.
