When we come to national interests, all of us stand united against hegemonic actions, Iranian parliament speaker said, reminding the US and its allies not to count on partial differences existing between the minority and majority fractions at the Iranian parliament. Addressing an open session of the Islamic Consultative Assembly here on Sunday, Gholam Ali Haddad Adel said the statements and stances voiced by Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad during his recent visit to New York reminded the United States and its allies not to count on the difference in the tastes of the majority and minority fractions at the Islamic Consultative Assembly.
“Whenever it comes to national interests, the minority and majority will stand against hegemonic actions with much unity and solidarity,” he reiterated.
