Iranian Parliamentary Delegation Off to Italy

An Iranian parliamentary delegation left Tehran for Italy this morning to attend talks with their counterparts in Rome. During the visit which takes place at the invitation of the Italian parliament, the Iran-Italy parliamentary friendship group will attend meetings with the speaker of the Italian House of Representatives and chairman of the Italian parliament’s foreign policy commission.

The two sides are due to explore avenues for developing relations and boosting cooperation, in parliamentary grounds in particular.
