The Islamic Republic of Iran and the Republic of Tajikistan here on Wednesday signed five Memoranda of Understanding (MoU).

Secretary of Iran’s National Committee for the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC) stressed the need for those countries in possession of chemical weapons to dismantle their chemical arsenals by the year 2012.

A senior Iranian national security official here on Wednesday stressed that Tehran will not study any plan entailing suspension of its uranium enrichment activities.
