TEHRAN (Fars News Agency)- Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Seyed Mohammad Ali Hosseini said that Baghdad Security Talks reiterate the necessity for the coalition forces to change their approach in Iraq and transfer responsibilities to the Iraqi government and people.
