South Sudan’s armed opposition says four government soldiers have been killed in new clashes just outside the capital, Juba. The opposition says soldiers in two vehicles attacked their position on Tuesday morning in Wunu’Lyet, less than 10km from Juba.

TEHRAN – Behrouz Nemati, spokesman for the parliament’s presiding board, said on Sunday that during a meeting of the parliament it was decided that the Telegram messaging app will be unblocked under certain conditions.

TEHRAN – Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council Ali Shamkhani said on Sunday that Islamic countries, especially Iran and Pakistan, should expand cooperation against the U.S. policies.
