Romania stands for stability and security in the Black Sea and Caspian basins, Romanian Foreign Minister Teodor Baconsky said in Baku yesterday. Development of a strategic partnership with Azerbaijan is a priority for Romania, Romanian Foreign Minister said at a briefing after the talks with his Azerbaijani counterpart Elmar Mammadyarov.
