The Wall Street Journal has published an open letter of the victims of the 1999 blasts of apartment buildings in Moscow. The letter was addressed to the Kremlin’s new ringleader Medvedev. The authors are demanding that Medvedev conducts an investigation of the events and prosecutes the murderers.

Analysts at security vendor PC Tools today revealed that Russia has superseded the US and China as the world’s highest producer of spyware and viruses, with Russia now accounting for 27.89% of malware while China accounts for 26.52% and the US 9.98%.
