A suicide bomber has killed six police and an Indian engineer in southeastern Afghanistan, a provincial official says.

Currently privatization is a requirement in the country, Expediency Council Chairman Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani said here on Tuesday.At a conference held for law graduates, Rafsanjani said experience has proved that delivering issues to people will help boost the quality of performing the tasks.
