Iranian Parliament Speaker in a meeting with his Swiss counterpart complained that a wrong image of the Islamic Revolution has been presented in the West, and called on Switzerland, as an impartial state, to portray the correct image of the Iranian revolution in the West.

Delegations of Islamic countries participating in the 117th meeting of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) in Geneva voiced their strong support for Iran’s opposition to a US Senate resolution which called for the disintegration of Iraq.
