Aceasta problema, delicata, trebuie privita de catre europeni intr-un mod obiectiv, fara a fi influntata de caracterul (aparent) religios, care o invaluie . Trebuie tinut cont de dreptul statului iranian de a folosi energia nucleara in scopuri pasnice, pentru dezvoltarea sistemului energetic, cu beneficii pe plan economic intern.
