Morocco has enjoyed bilateral benefits from Washington with US recognition of its sovereignty over Western Sahara. The cabinet approved Israel’s normalization agreement with Morocco in a unanimous vote on Sunday.

The UAE and Israel agreed to normalize relations in August, a deal forged largely over shared fears of Iran. The United Arab Emirates cabinet on Sunday approved the establishment of an embassy in Tel Aviv, state media said.
