Friday evening, 11 Muharram 1429 (18.01.2008), an armored car of a Russian special police unit was attacked by gunfire in the village of Hasanya on the outskirts of Nalchik. Several bullets hit the vehicle, but according to Russian media, there were no casualties among the police.

According to Kavkaz-Center’s sources in the Wilayah of Dagestan, around 11 AM Sunday Russian invaders and their local collaborators attempted to storm a house in the center of the town of Temir Khan Shura (previously known as Buynaksk). The Russian terrorists used armored vehicles. The gunbattle raged for 2 hours.

Attackers fired several rocket propelled grenades at a house in the village of Yandare in the Wilayah of Ghalghaycho (Ingushetia), Saturday night at 11:10 PM, 12 Muharram 1429 (19.01.2008).

According to Russian media, Saturday morning kuffar from police closed the border with Chechnya in Dagestan’s Novolak district, explaining it by a “special operation” in the nearby village of Baytarki in Nozhay-Yurt district of Chechnya.
