TEHRAN (Fars News Agency)- Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki here on Saturday called on Iran’s negotiating counterparties to refrain from referring Tehran’s nuclear case to the UN Security Council and to return the case to the IAEA Board of Governors.
