Israeli tanks Move into Northern Parts of Gaza

BETIT LAHIA, May 17, 2007, (WAFA)- Scores of Israeli tanks and military vehicles moved Thursday afternoon into the northern parts of the Gaza Strip, witnesses and security sources said.

Witnesses said that tens of tanks and bulldozers rumbles, amidst intensive fire, into the neighborhood of Atatra in Beit Lahia Town, north of Gaza.

Security sources said that the Israeli military moved into both Beit Lahia and Beit Hanoun towns and razed agricultural lands.
