Montenegrin FM Milan Roćen has said that his country will appoint an ambassador to Kosovo when both sides agree that the conditions for that have been met.
“For our part, we have opened the issue of the position of the Montenegrin national community in Kosovo, and its members have also organized themselves,” the Montenegrin minister said, as reported by Podgorica media.
The question of the status of refugee and displaced persons is one of the obligations regarding the completing of the visa liberalization for Montenegro.
The Kosovo Albanian leadership have recently been presented with a list of around 1,500 members of the Roma nationality who have expressed the wish to return to their homes there, Minister Roćen specified.
