MPs to receive permits on August 21


The newly-elected members of the Parliament will receive their permits at the Government on Friday, August 21. The Central Election Commission made such a decision on Tuesday.

The form of the permit remained unchanged.

The Commission also decided that it will award 388 diplomas of merit and 356 honorable mentions to members of district electoral councils and electoral offices of polling places. It thanked the local and central public authorities, the electoral contenders, the national and international observers and the voters for the way in which the elections were conducted.
