Bulgarian President to meet Macedonian counterpart at Gyueshevo border checkpoint

Macedonian President Gjorge Ivanov will pay Saturday a visit to Bulgaria at the invitation of Bulgarian President Georgi Parvanov, Bulgaria Presidency’s press secretariat announced.

President Georgi Parvanov will meet his counterpart at Gyueshevo border checkpoint, where a symbolic ceremony over the lifting of visa regime will be held.

Macedonian President’s agenda envisages more meetings tête-à-tête with Georgi Parvanov, plenary talks and joint news conference of the two presidents.

Later Georgi Parvanov and Gjorge Ivanov will lay flowers and the monument of Bulgarian writer Nikola Vaptsarov.
