Macedonian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ilir Meta said following the strong objection made by the Self-Determination movement in Kosovo regarding the Albanian Prime Minister Sali Berisha’s announcement of financial assistance for Kosovo Serbs and his direct invitation to Serbian President Boris Tadic to visit Tirana.

Meta said that these critics are an attempt to prevent a policy which wants to integrate Kosovo into EU.

Self-Determination leader Albin Kurti sees the aid for Serbian municipalities in Kosovo as direct assistance for Serbia, which it says is not necessary for the time being.
