German Chancellor Angela Merkel might pay a visit to the Romanian city of Cluj-Napoca in the spring. There she will be conferred a degree honoris causa by the international university Babes-Bolyai in the city.
The university expects Ms. Angela Merkel since the moment when its management decided to present her with the degree and even more when she sent an affirmative response, said Andrei Marga, rector of the higher school.
