Montenegro has opened public debate on the Action Plan for addressing EU recommendations with discussion on the reform of public administration and the fight against organised crime and corruption.
“This debate is organised in order to create the best possible document. Our goal isn’t just to have that piece of paper, or to make a list of wishes, or just to know what we need to do, but how we can do it,” Milan Rocen, Montenegro’s minister of foreign affairs and European integration, said at the debate this week.
