The new EU Ambassador to Macedonia Peter Peter Sørensen will arrive in Skopje today. He is coming to replace Erwan Fouéré as Head of the EU representation. The 44-year-old Danish diplomat has previously worked as a Personal Representative of the former EU High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy Javier Solana in Belgrade and as Director of the European Office in Kosovo. Sørensen is expected to present his credential letters to Macedonian President Gjorge Ivanov on Friday.
