CoE will continue to support Moldova’s democratic reforms

The Council of Europe will be providing its further support for democratic reforms in Moldova, CoE Secretary General Thorbjorn Jagland stated in Strasbourg during his meeting with Moldovan Minister of the Interior Brig.

The Minister briefed the CoE Secretary General on the ongoing reform of law enforcement agencies, and assured that the Moldovan police will do all in their powers to ensure public order during the second round of local elections next Sunday.
