Russia urges Moldova and Transnistria to settle for a constructive dialog

The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs regards it is necessary to invigorate the efforts of both Moldova and Transnistria to create proper conditions for constructive dialog. 

Russian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs/State Secretary Grigory Karasin stated during his meeting with Tiraspol’s official representative at the Transnistrian conflict settlement negotiations, region’s minister of foreign affairs Vladimir Yastrebchak.

The parties exchanged opinions on the current state of things in the Transnistria settlement sphere.
