Georgian FM will meet UN secretary general on February 3 to discuss cooperation

Georgian Foreign Minister Grigol Vashadze will meet with UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon in New York on Feb. 3.

Urgent issues for Georgia will be discussed at the meeting, Georgian Deputy Foreign Minister David Jalagania said at a briefing today.

Future cooperation between Georgia and the UN will be addressed, as well as increasing the UN’s role in Georgian security and territorial integrity.

The Geneva talks will also be discussed.
