Serbian War Crimes Prosecutor said there are more than 100 outstanding arrest warrants for KLA members

Serbian War Crimes Prosecutor Vladimir Vukcevic says there are more than 100 outstanding arrest warrants for members of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA).

“Once they are within reach of the Serbian authorities, they will be arrested and tried in accordance with the law and evidence we have on them,” Vukcevic said.

On April 14, former KLA member Mark Kasneti was arrested at the Merdare checkpoint between Kosovo and Serbia on suspicion of war crimes against Serb civilians in Prizren in 1999.

He was remanded in 30-day custody.
