EP President Martin Schultz will arrive in Bulgaria today to deliver a speech on Europe’s anti-crisis solutions in Sofia-based University “St. Kliment Ohridski”.
The lecture is organized by the university, the Bulgarian Atlantic Club and the Friedrich Ebert Foundation.
