Attacks on hospitals continue, and a plea has been made to the United States: “They tried to kill doctors…”

The government in Gaza has demanded an end to the international “green light” given to Israel for the attack on hospitals, as reported by Anadolu.

The Gaza government’s Media Office stated, “The bombing of the Kamal Adwan hospital in the Gaza Strip by the Israeli occupation army constitutes a serious violation of international and humanitarian law and the most basic values of humanity.”

They emphasized that the bombing of the Kamal Adwan hospital “reveals an approved Israeli plan aimed at destroying the health sector, including hospital buildings.”

The occupying army has directly bombed more than 14 hospitals in the Gaza Strip and northern regions.

They attempted to kill many doctors. They have arrested 35 medical workers, including the general director of Al-Shifa Hospital, Mohammed Abu Silmi. These individuals have been interrogated while hungry and thirsty and subjected to torture. They are still in detention under harsh conditions, as reported by Anadolu.

They have called on the international community, led by the United States, to revoke the “green light given to Israel to target hospitals and destroy the health sector.”

They have stated that the bombing of hospitals and healthcare infrastructure is an organized war crime, punishable under international law, and is considered a crime under all international laws and conventions.

They emphasized that silence implies active participation in this crime.

In addition, the Israeli military carried out an airstrike overnight on the entrance to the campus of the Kamal Adwan Hospital, which was being used as a shelter by more than 10,000 Palestinians.
