Serbia and Bosnia will sign mutual extradition agreement

Serbia and Bosnia-Herzegovina will on Thursday sign an agreement on mutual extradition of citizens charged and convicted for criminal acts of organized crime.

The agreement will include corruption and money laundering charges, the Serbian Ministry of Justice and Public Administration said.

However, the agreement will not apply to persons indicted and convicted for war crimes and genocide.

Bosnian Justice Minister Bariša Čolak and Serbian Minister of Justice and Public Administration Nikola Selaković will sign the document in Belgrade.

Bosnia-Herzegovina is the only former Yugoslav republic with which Serbia has not signed such an agreement yet.
