Azerbaijan’s Defense Minister Zakir Hasanov is on a visit to Serbia.
During his visit Zakir Hasanov met Serbian Defense Minister Nebojsa Rodic and Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Vucic.
The main topics of discussions were directions of bilateral military cooperation, security issues and defense cooperation between the governments of Azerbaijan and Serbia.
On the first day of the visit, the delegation headed by Zakir Hasanov, representatives of the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry and Azerbaijani Embassy to Serbia took part at the opening ceremony of Tashmay Park, reconstructed with a support of Azerbaijani government. Wreaths were laid down on statues of Haydar Aliyev, Serbian writer Milorad Pavic and children, died during NATO bombardment.
