UN delegate says Sundanese rebel groups are active in Libya

The UN delegate to Libya, Martin Kobler, said on Sunday that Sudanese rebel groups are present in Libya.
After his meeting with Sudanese Foreign Minister Ibrahim Ghandour, Kobler called for putting an end to operations by all rebel or foreign groups in Libya.
“Sudanese groups are engaged in mercenary activities and, allegedly, in criminal activities in those countries,” A UN report said in January.
There was no comment from Darfur rebel groups on Kobler’s statements.
