Iran’s Atomic Energy Organization (IAEO) here in Tehran on Tuesday dismissed the recent claims made by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) director General Mohammed ElBaradei about suspension of Iran’s uranium enrichment activities.

In clear reference to the statements made by the IAEA Director General Mohammed ElBaradei about the likely halt of Iran’s nuclear activities, Islamic Republic’s Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki stressed that Iran’s legal nuclear activities have not changed.

Iran’s Interior Minister Mostafa Pour-Mohammadi said that his country’s western borders enjoy an acceptable level of security.
