TEHRAN (Fars News Agency)- Iran could play a crucial role in curbing Iraq’s Shiite militias if the U.S. opens a dialogue with Tehran as recommended by the Iraq Study Group, many in the Mideast say.

TEHRAN (Fars News Agency)- Just days after the Iraq Study Group recommended opening a dialogue with Tehran, Iranian foreign minister said his country would enter discussions on stabilizing Iraq only if the United States commits to a troop withdrawal.

TEHRAN (Fars News Agency)- Iran’s Expediency Council Chairman Ayatollah Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani, in a meeting with Palestinian Prime Minister Ismayil Haniyah here on Saturday, called on the Palestinians to keep up their guard against the US and Israelis’ plots and conspiracies.
